Pregnancy Pilates Class
Service Description
*Please note the new class time of 12pm from 12th Feb* Pilates is a great low impact form of exercise to do during all stages of pregnancy. The classes will help you to stay fit and feel strong, whilst relieving any aches and pains you may be experiencing from your growing bump. You can take the class at your own pace and modifications will be offered depending on where you are in your pregnancy and if you are experiencing any issues. The classes are also a great way to meet other new mums in the area. Please note that the 5 block plan is for 5 consecutive classes (get in touch if there are any dates you are unable to make in advance and this can be amended). Cancellation Policy
For PAYG booking - you can cancel/ change your class up to 24 hours beforehand (after that the full payment will be taken). For 5 Block booking - please note that I am unable to refund or carry over any classes that you miss. However you do have the option to do an On Demand Pregnancy Pilates class instead.
